Brian Hayes of Noosa Hot Properties and Peter Queitzsch & Brad McDonald of FOX Noosa came to the decision earlier in the year to merge under the dual banner of Apex Noosa Real Estate and REAL - Total Property Management in July 2008. The union which sees the FOX team move to Brian’s Noosaville offices combines extensive sales and property management expertise.

Apex Noosa sales team includes five highly experienced sales people servicing the Noosa area with the intent of delivering the pinnacle of service.

By combining our rent rolls we plan that REAL will provide a comprehensive service for investors. As the name implies our services will extend beyond that of traditional property management (rent collection and tenant selection) to encompass the management of all the risks faced by investors in an ever changing market place.
